
Lovely and soft and tasty these are awesome in casseroles and salads.
These are hard to find but we have just secured a whole lot we can sell to you!
Simply soak overnight in 3x the amount of water. Drain and cover with water. Bring to boil and simmer for 30-60 minutes or until soft!
Ingredients: Black Eye Beans (sometimes called Black Eyed Peas).
